How does the at-home impression kit work?
We mail you a free kit with easy step-by-step instructions. Take your impressions at home (a real person can guide you on a free video call), then send them back with the prepaid label.
How long until I get my veneers?
About 3–5 weeks to make once we receive your impressions, plus 3–5 business days to ship. Add express production for $120 to have your set made in about 2 weeks; carrier delivery time is separate.
Which shade should I choose?
B1 is our brightest white, A1 is bright and close to natural, and A2 is a softer, natural tone. Need help choosing? Email our team.
Can I eat or drink with them?
TruSmile veneers are cosmetic, so please take them out to eat. Cold and warm drinks are fine; avoid very hot drinks.
How long do they last?
Years, with proper daily care and cleaning.
What if the fit is off?
We’ll remake your set once, free, if the fit isn’t right.
Do you offer payment plans?

Who are they not right for?
You need some remaining teeth for the veneers to hold. They aren’t suitable for loose teeth, crowns, or teeth that need dental work.
