Refund policy

TruSmile veneers are custom made for each customer. Returns and refunds are available only under the conditions below.

Cancellation within 14 days

If you cancel within 14 days of placing your order and the impression kit is unopened and unused, you can receive a full refund after returning the unused kit at your own expense.

If the kit has been opened and used, a cancellation within 14 days is eligible for a refund minus a $70 processing fee and $25 for each used impression kit, including kits originally supplied free of charge.

After your veneers have been manufactured

We do not accept returns or provide standard refunds after manufacturing. If you are not satisfied with the fit, we will remake your veneers once free of charge.

A refund request after receiving the finished product may be reviewed by our billing department for an exception. An exception is not guaranteed. If approved, deductions may include the $70 processing fee and $25 for each used impression kit, including kits supplied free of charge.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment card. For eligible unused-kit cancellations, we initiate the refund after receiving the returned kit.
