US shipping

We ship within the United States only. Standard US shipping is free with your veneer order.

Impression kit dispatch

Your impression kit ships the same or next business day, Monday–Friday. This dispatch time applies to the impression kit, not your finished custom veneers.

Custom production

Standard production takes about 3–5 weeks after we receive and accept your usable impressions. Carrier delivery time is separate.

Express production — $120

Add express production to have your custom veneers made in about 2 weeks after usable impressions are accepted. The $120 fee upgrades production time; it is not an expedited carrier-shipping charge. Standard US shipping remains free.

Carriers and tracking

We use USPS and UPS. When tracking is available, we will send it with your shipment notification.

Returns and remakes

We offer one free remake if the fit is off. For cancellation and refund conditions, please read our refund policy.
